New Mazak machining center

In order to produce more complex parts in less time, we invested in a new Mazak machining center.

With a 3000*800*700mm table, a swivel head and a chuck that can be positioned horizontally or vertically, this machining center allows us to produce a wide variety of parts with impeccable finishes! Not to mention the speed of execution…

Main assets:

A significant reduction of the machining process and increased productivity can be achieved with the additional axis and when combined with a rotary table, a complete 5-axis machining is possible. The machine also offers fast positioning rates to reduce time not spent cutting.

• Tapping spindle 40 of 18 000 rpm.
• Spindle swivel head (B-axis +/- 110 degrees).
• 30 standard tools, 48 optional. Tool store.
• Complete 5-axis contouring with optional turntable.
• Centerpiece OPT.
